The New Normal: Courtesy COVID-19

"Every adversity brings, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit" was wisely quoted by Napolean Hill.
However much the global economy is hit, lives lost and still suffering, major damages and the low downs our news channels fetch us, as a global community we all trying to muscle out of the COVID-19 outbreak, the last couple of weeks could usher in some positive fall outs too, of this pandemic. Some of them could be listed as:
1.     Rise in Digital Mode of Communication: Development seems to have overridden by Survival. Last few weeks showcased a brilliant rise in the working class across the globe resorting to digi mode of work. What the best of SEMs, SEOs, SMMs and many other online companies engaging in artificial intelligence to promote digital mode of communication, could not do in the last few decades, COVID-19 did. It is bringing along people, companies and communities across the globe, on virtual mode to work and communicate together.
2.     Fresh Oxygen: With less vehicular movement on the roads and in the air, the pollution levels have been controlled to a large extent. More of fresh air to breathe with reduced carbon footprints is a welcome step towards environment concerns, looming large in many countries. NASA supports this fact, with relevant pictures and reports. Watch them, its a treat to the eyes.
3.     Hygienic Living: People are now consciously practicing living clean. They are by virtue of either helplessness or choice, willing to practice living a hygienic life. Appreciating personal hygiene and maintaining a socially clean environment around oneself, is becoming a norm all around.
4.     Increased Awareness on Communicable Diseases: For reasons however deplorable, COVID-19 acts as a torch bearer to educate masses across the globe on communicable diseases. Again a feat, unmet by established global health organizations and numerous governments of different countries. Increased accessibility to mobile phones, internet connectivity and increased focus on medical care, at the grass root levels across the world, people are now being trained to acknowledge the presence and harm of communicable diseases, in humans.
5.     Respecting Social Isolation as a part of normal Life: Countries, cultures and people thriving on socializing, is eventually settling down to accepting social isolation as a normal part of routine life. Avoiding public places is easier done than said today. People are respecting social distance, alienation and isolation as acts, pertinent and vital to subsistence.

The Smile is fading gradually from the face of the world. It’s time to stock up love, care and compassion to bring ourselves and the world back to normalcy.

I await the good news of COVID-19 being washed out of world soon and the launch of the vaccine to make the human race safe from the virus.
